When making this decision there are many factors to consider. Cremation is an option that allows you to handle your pet's remains as you wish, whether it be burying them, scattering them, or keeping them in a decorative urn. Consideration of your living situation, personal and religious values, as well as plans for the future can help you determine whether cremation or burial of your pet is the right choice for you and your family. This decision is entirely a matter of choice. While some prefer to bury or scatter the ashes, one question to ask yourself is: Am I planning to remain at my residence indefinitely? If not, you may want to consider our urns, which allows you to bury the cremains in a sealed container and take it with you when you move. Some owners prefer to keep their pets’ cremains in an urn in their home. Our large urn inventory features many styles and sizes to suite your preference.

Why should I choose to bury in a cemetery rather than at home?

Why should I choose to bury in a cemetery rather than at home?

While home burial was a common practice many years ago, city ordinances usually prohibit pet home burial today. If you are renting, or move frequently home burial may not be an option. To many, a pet cemetery provides a sense of permanency, as well as a tranquil place to spend time reflecting on fond memories. It signifies a dignity to your pet that was a constant part of your life, always ready to give you love and companionship. Burying your pet in a pet cemetery brings honor and the ultimate gesture of love to a life that will be forever cherished.
